Working alongside our GMC registered Doctor she will guide you how you can take back control of your body during the menopause. By understanding how key hormones create changes that are experienced during the menopause we will help you to develop a personalised plan to support your body.

If one or more of these hormones become unbalanced it can lead to a variety of symptoms and conditions, which may then need to be addressed using bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

Estrogens are responsible for many of your body’s functions, regulating a woman’s journey through puberty, fertility and menopause. There are three major endogenous estrogens in females that have estrogenic hormonal activity: estrone, estradiol, and estriol. If Estrogen levels become low then you may develop symptoms such as

Fatigue and sleep issues, hot flushes or night sweats, irregular menstrual cycles, low mood and depression and headaches.
